** Internal Workers – Please log into your Workday account to apply ** Expectations: The Orthopedic Assistant Coordinator is an experienced Operating Room Surgical Technologist who functions in a dual capacity: providing direct clinical support in the operating room while serving as a key partner to the Orthopedic Clinical Coordinator RN in advancing the quality, consistency, and operational reliability of the orthopedic service line. The individual will maintain regular clinical assignments in the OR and participate in standby coverage consistent with departmental expectations. In addition, dedicated time will be allocated to support coordination, education, standardization, and service line initiatives. EDUCATION: Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technologist program preferred. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Minimum of one (1) year of scrub experience in orthopedic cases and other specialty areas.
