What Your Day Will Look Like: As a Land Development Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of development, from early planning and due‑diligence through design, permitting, construction, and project closeout to ensure delivery of high‑quality, market‑ready lots. This role coordinates across engineering consultants, contractors, utility providers, and municipal agencies to secure approvals, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. By proactively identifying risks, driving efficient project execution, and ensuring infrastructure such as roads, utilities, grading, and amenities are delivered on time and within scope, the Land Development Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting strategic community growth and enhancing the long‑term value of the residential portfolio.
