Tax Team Manager Michelin is hiring!: This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 1000 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration, Personnel and Service Management. The Tax Manager leads a team responsible for indirect tax compliance activities (mainly VAT) across multiple European Group entities. The role ensures high-quality operational delivery, people's development, stakeholder governance, and continuous improvement, contributing to efficient, compliant and value-driven tax operations within an international Shared Service Center environment. - - - - - - - - - - - - Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 people Supervise operational activities related mainly to VAT compliance (scope: 20+ European entities ) , but also Customs and Export Control Drive continuous improvement initiatives , process optimization, and standardization across tax operations , p romote and implement digital solutions and automation opportunities Ensure close collaboration with key partners ( mainly Local Tax Managers , but also Group Tax, CFOs,...
