Overview Milliman’s Indianapolis Health practice is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring initiatives for internship, early career and experienced professional job opportunities. This role is ideal for a tech‑savvy, proactive, and detail‑oriented professional who enjoys partnering with a variety of subject‑matter experts, building compliant, scalable processes and talent pipelines, and enhancing our employer brand. The Recruiting Coordinator manages complex interview scheduling, optimizes interview tools and workflows, and often provides candidates’ first impression of Milliman - both virtually and in the office. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers, and candidates. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, strong customer service, and advanced task management skills with sound professional judgment to prioritize, and reprioritize, work based on urgent practice needs.
