Electrician – HMP Garth, Leyland (PR26 8NE) £30,866 – £36,135 | Permanent 39 hours per week | 8am–5pm 1 in 4 weekends (rota) + 15% allowance Free parking | On-site gym We’re recruiting a qualified Electrician for a permanent, single‑site role at HMP Garth . This is steady work on a long‑term MoJ contract – no travelling between sites , consistent hours and job security. Key duties: - Planned & reactive electrical maintenance - Fault finding and repairs - Minor works and like‑for‑like replacements - Testing and inspections to BS7671 - Ensuring systems are safe, compliant and operational Requirements: Fire alarm/CCTV experience desirable but not essential.
