Position Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for performing project management and manufacturing planning tasks for jobs and projects in a technical and dynamic aerospace environment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to: - Creates a work environment that is conducive for teamwork and strong professional development. - Takes assigned projects from estimating stage through to completion, while providing budgeting and operational justifications, as well as performing manufacturing planning. - Provides customer interface for Project Kickoff, Design Reviews, Manufacturability Discussions, Engineering Change Discussions, Equitable Adjustment, and other responsibilities as assigned. - Performs initial and ongoing project reviews with internal/external customers. - Develops manufacturing planning, including material takeoffs, project schedule, and coordinates with the top management to schedule and plan work efficiently. - Identifies process deficiencies and develops solutions to correct and/o...
