Description JOB SUMMARY: The role of the Senior Lien Monitor is responsible for overseeing and monitoring lien-related activities to ensure compliance with client requirements, court deadlines, and state regulations. This role reviews lien documentation, tracks timelines, resolves escalated issues, and supports operational efficiency within the department. The Senior Lien Monitor may also assist with training, workflow coordination, and quality assurance functions. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review and monitor lien files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm and client requirements. - Track deadlines related to liens, filings, releases, and court requirements to ensure timely processing. - Analyze lien documentation and identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential risks. - Communicate with attorneys, courts, clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding lien status and resolution. - Escalate complex or high-risk issues to leadership as appropriate. - Assist with resolving title, lien, or documentation discrepancies. - Maintain accurate records and update case management systems regularly. - Perform quality control reviews to ensure adherence to...
