About the Team The Kubernetes Engineering team is tasked with developing innovative features and frameworks for large-scale data management products, specifically focusing on the solution for protecting customer's Kubernetes workloads, encompassing both native applications and VMs on Kubernetes. We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead the Kubernetes engineering team, which holds ownership of Kubernetes native protection and Kubevirt-based VM protection. This role involves managing a group of talented software engineers to deliver data protection features and cultivate a culture of engineering excellence across the wider organization. About the Role: Success in this role requires you to mentor your team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders. You will partner closely with the Product Manager and Technical Leads to define the team’s roadmap, and work in conjunction with Support and Sales to ensure customer success.
