Location Designation: Fully Remote Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of New Business Operations (NB Operations) modernization initiatives across Purchase Experience. This leader will have end-to-end ownership of the NB Operations product domain, including Annuity New Business (ANB), Suitability, TeleApp, Self-Complete Part 2, TIPS, TIDE, and Reg. 60. The role will drive modernization of these capabilities, ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and efficient experience across the new business lifecycle. The role is also responsible for leading and developing a team of Product Owners, setting strategic direction, making prioritization and design decisions, and ensuring outcomes are delivered with quality, accountability, and consistency. This position requires a strong strategic thinker, decision-maker, and people leader who can operate effectively in ambiguity, influence leaders across business and technology, and balance long-term modernization with near-term operational needs.
