Job DetailsJob Location: Oneida Health Rehabilitation & Extended Care - Oneida, NY 13421Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $22.60 - $31.06 HourlyJob Shift: DaysJob Summary: This is a supervisory position responsible for maintaining a high quality standard in Housekeeping and Laundry by training, supervising, and motivating the staff to ensure all work assignments are complete. Directs the housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions exist. Supervises laundry/linen distribution and processing. Coordinates the activities of Housekeeping/Laundry personnel. Assign tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards. Resolves employee problems or refers matters to the Director of Housekeeping/Laundry, or Director of Human Resources. Trains new workers, records hours worked, recommend discharge of incompetent employees, and perform other personal duties as required.
