Responsibilities & Client & Business Development Support - Coordinating client meetings (scheduling, agendas, prep materials, follow-ups) - Formatting and assembling proposals, SOQs, presentations, and client-ready documents - Managing contact lists and post-meeting/event follow-up tracking - Supporting conference, client dinner, and site visit logistics - This would help ensure consistency in client experience while freeing up senior staff to stay focused on relationship-building and strategy.
