Onboarding Analyst Department: YUR - 2050 - Onboarding Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Nottingham: Reporting To: Operations Delivery Manager: Compensation: £26,228 - £30,000 / year Description: Onboarding Analyst Reports to: Operations Delivery Manager: Location: Nottingham Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week Yu Group are recruiting for a permanent Onboarding Analyst to work in Nottingham. This role is reporting to the Operations Delivery Manager. The Back Office / Onboarding team prides itself with providing the best customer experience and efficient processes. The team ensures a smooth transfer for customers joining the business and are also responsible for ensuring the Billing System delivers billing requirements in a timely fashion, which includes dealing with complex billing queries. The team is also responsible for liaising with third party agents to resolve high level exception queries together with monitoring/executing business settlement performance in line with industry standards.
