The Key responsibilities of this role include: The crane operator role will be responsible for operating powered clamp equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting product Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary. Position: Crane Operator: Available Position 1: Shift: 1st Shift: Shift Schedule: Regular nonpeak hrs. 7:00AM-3:30PM / Peak Season Hrs. 5:00AM - 3:30PM Pay: 23.25 an hr. Role Purpose: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.
