Position: Customer Service Representative: Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Reports to: Call Center Supervisor Position Description: The CSR working in the Customer Care Department is responsible for providing assistance to Motorist /customers via telephone and correspondence.
