Description Basic Qualifications: Loan Operations Representative I Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; AIB related courses or associate’s degree in related field preferred. Skill(s): Clearly communicates in English; moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; moderate interpersonal relations and communicative skills; moderate PC skills, including knowledge of loan software; visual and auditory skills. Experience: A minimum of one (1) year’s work experience normally required. Loan Operations Representative II: Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent. Industry related training or associate degree in related field normally required. Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Loan Operations Rep 1 or equivalent is normally required to provide the skills and knowledge needed to handle a larger volume of work at a more complex level.
