Technical Trainer- 2nd shift

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Training Delivery & Operator Qualification: - Deliver standardized technical training to manufacturing operators across assembly and production lines. - Clearly explain, demonstrate, and coach associates on processes, procedures, and standard work to ensure understanding and adherence. - Provide hands-on support during skill acquisition to accelerate learning curves and reduce defects, errors, and rework. - Validate and document operator proficiency and certification in alignment with approved training standards. Training Development & Continuous Improvement: - Develop, update, and maintain technical training content, including classroom materials, hands-on exercises, and visual work instructions. - Apply adult learning theory, blended learning, and microlearning approaches to improve retention and on-the-job performance. - Analyze training data, production performance indicators, audit findings, and trainee feedback to identify skill gaps and training needs. - Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives focused on training effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
