Learn more at surgeons.org. About the role: As General Manager, Social Impact & Partnerships, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across RACS’ social impact portfolio. You will bring together philanthropy, partnerships and global health programs to deliver sustainable outcomes for Indigenous communities, Indo-Pacific partners and vulnerable populations. A key focus of the role is building strong, respectful relationships with donors, governments, health partners, Fellows and volunteers, ensuring programs are designed and delivered in ways that create lasting benefit.
