About Adoor Property Management LLC (“APM”) Adoor Property Management is a joint venture between Rithm Capital and Darwin Homes. APM is the property management platform for Rithm Capital’s build-to-rent and single-family rental (“SFR”) homes. APM manages the portfolio using Origin, Darwin Homes’ turnkey technology management platform. APM leverages Darwin’s proprietary software and end-to-end real estate platform, positioning the venture as a leading player in the SFR industry and enabling Rithm to focus on capital allocation and strategic decision-making. The Role: As the Associate, Property Compliance, you will serve as Adoor’s local representative for Florissant rental property compliance, supporting registrations, inspections, and communication with city officials to help maintain compliance with local requirements. Duties: - Register with the City of Florissant as Adoor’s local agent/representative for applicable rental properties. - Complete and maintain an active Crime Free Multi-Housing Certificate as required by the City of Florissant. - Serve as the local point of contact for Florissant rental property requirements, municipal notices, inspection notices, code communicatio...
