Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Hybrid role: 3 days in-office (Tues - Thurs); 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) Location: Skokie, IL 60077 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee General Accounting functions. This role is responsible for reviewing all data entries, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and leading the full month-end close process. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in workpaper preparation, reconciliation documentation, and journal entry support, with a focus on establishing and training the team on best practices. This leader will play a critical role in driving excellence in technical accounting execution while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
