NaphCare is hiring a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to join our team of medical professionals in the Alabama Department of Corrections - Birmingham in Birmingham, AL. As a Correctional Licensed Behavioral Health Professional, you will work alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals who provide care to the individuals in residence to assist with daily living activities, implement individualized treatment plans and facilitate therapeutic activities. This is a unique position where you can make a difference to this diverse population of patients with complex medical needs. Responsibilities: The Licensed Behavioral Health Professional provides direct, hands-on therapeutic support and monitoring for patients with mental health, developmental, or substance use disorders under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
