Job Title: New Business Development Officer FLSA Status: Exempt Hours of Operation: 40+ hours per week Department: Trust General Job Summary: As a New Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for developing referral opportunities from retail and commercial bank partners and centers of influence, combined with direct prospecting activity sourced from your personal and professional networks. The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to look for new and creative ways to market our services and increase revenue.
