Overview From our deck swabs to the captains of our kitchen, we welcome the best and brightest to our crew. We run a tight ship and each person on our team plays an integral role to ensure smooth sailing. We’re looking for driven individuals that would make an excellent addition to our unit and we hope that’s you. Responsibilities: - Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training - Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed - Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly - Accurately write down guests’ orders and enter into POS system, in a timely manner - Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner - Ability to assess guests’ demeanor and identify when to summon a Manager - Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner - Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework - Restock...
