Project Engineer - Video Boards Musco's Video Boards Team has an opening for a Project Engineer at our Des Moines office . If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you! Essential Criteria: - 2+ years of experience in AV system design, engineering, or drafting - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or other CAD software - Strong understanding of AV signal flow, rack layouts, networking, and power distribution - Experience designing low-voltage AV systems (LED displays, video processors, control systems, audio integration - Familiarity with mobile/portable AV systems or event production AV is preferred - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, architectural/structural plans, and technical specifications - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
