SCOPE OF POSITION: The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the facility, ensuring safe, consistent, and effective 24/7 operations. Working closely with the Client Services Manager and Program Director, this role oversees frontline staff, coordinates shift coverage, and ensures that site functions—including safety, security, and facility conditions—are carried out in accordance with program policies and standards. The Site Manager serves as the primary on-site operational leader, maintaining a safe and well-functioning environment through proactive monitoring, enforcement of program rules, and timely response to incidents and maintenance needs, while coordinating staff activities, managing daily operations, and communicating site needs to program leadership.
