Job Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing operations team, while ensuring continuous operation through effective and efficient oversight of personnel and equipment. The Production Supervisor will communicate with team members, management, and upper management, tracking team member performance, daily monitoring, and guidance to meet daily/weekly/monthly production goals. Ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity through up-to-date training and team member performance. Lead and support continuous improvement projects and problem-solving as well as collaborate with leaders to resolve and manage workforce labor issues.
