Manager I, Finance We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing monthly global reporting, supporting sales leadership, and collaborating with teams on financial reviews and research projects. This position involves regular communication with international stakeholders and requires timely submission of reports, including monthly reporting to Japan and supporting compensation processes. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide integrated financial planning, data collection, analysis, recommendations, and reporting. - Monitoring customer and equipment financial results, - Reviewing month-end close activities, - Supporting routine accounting transactions, and managing finance approvals such as refinancing, concessions, waivers, and order cancellations. - You will prepare and review reporting packages, work with Ricoh reporting and the GMA list, and participate in promotional credit programs and large dealer support. - Prepare timely, accurate financial reporting, including forecasting, planning, and variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Coordinate budgeting and fore...
