As our data platform and product ecosystem continue to grow, the need for a formal Total Quality Management (TQM) capability has become critical to ensuring consistency, compliance, operational readiness, and long-term trust in our data products at scale. We are seeking an experienced leader to build and mature a modern TQM function focused on embedding quality, governance, and continuous improvement practices across the full lifecycle of enterprise data products. This leader will help establish scalable quality frameworks, testing and controls strategies, lifecycle review processes, and production quality monitoring practices that proactively reduce risk while enabling faster and more reliable delivery.
