POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior Administrator, CMMS reports directly to the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Supervisor and is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Company’s CMMS, specifically in Maximo, providing guidance and training to end users and the development and management of reports for performance, quality, and continuous improvement. This position works cross functionally to aid users of all departments in developing or modifying existing practices/programs relevant to CMMS/Maximo and to manage user access and change management within the CMMS/Maximo and other applications that support Maintenance Planning and Execution. Dedication to safety and compliance with policies and procedures are essential, with a focus on equipment reliability and production efficiency of the terminal. This is a non-DOT position.
