Carrier Climate Solutions Americas (CSA) has a role open for an Associate Director , Distribution Centers to drive strategic, operational, and financial performance of a multi-site distribution network for the HVAC business units in North America - seven distribution centers totaling almost 4 million square feet and 500 employees, including 3PL. Partnering closely with Sales, SIOP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Services, the Associate Director ensures the seamless flow of goods across the network, drives operational excellence, and leads large‑scale initiatives that support company growth, customer satisfaction, and long‑term supply chain strategy. This is an onsite role in Indianapolis, IN, or Palm Beach Gardens FL, U.S.A.
