Application Administrator

Your Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Application Administrator with a strong focus on finance to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance (including upgrades, patching), configuration, and operation of our software, platforms, and other resources. In addition, our Application Administrators also work with internal and external audit groups to ensure compliance. Some examples of the applications we use at Stantec are: Oracle eBusiness Suite, BlackLine, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Deltek Vantagepoint, the Atlassian suite of products, Quest Toad and Stat, ConfigSnapshot, Globalscape, and Automic just to name a few. Your Key Responsibilities: - Configuration/System Maintenance : Complete requests for configurations such as tax rates, fixed asset categories, currency rates, HRMS jobs/grades, general ledger chart of accounts and rollups, cross validation rules, etc. - Period End : Perform period end activities including organization changes such as GL segments, rollups, etc. - Year End : Perform year end activities. - Assurance Services : Working with the internal and external audit groups to review the reliability and integrity of information syste...
