Job Description: Program Overview: Metrex Summer Internship Program offers undergraduate students hands-on experience in research, formulation, analytical testing, and product development within a regulated research & development environment. Interns will work alongside experienced scientists and engineers to support the development and testing of healthcare consumables and related infection prevention products. This program is designed to provide real-world laboratory experience, exposure to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and insight into medical and dental product development process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Execute design of experiments (DOE) and conduct assigned laboratory experiments using established protocols - Perform formula stability testing, material compatibility testing, and product performance evaluations - Operate laboratory instrumentation such as auto-titrator, GC, HPLC, Instron, and other related analytical testing tools - Prepare test samples, reagents, and standards following SOPs - Accurately record, organize, and analyze experimental data, maintaining complete and compliant laboratory notebooks - Summarize results and deliver technical prese...
