This role oversees Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) and Front Desk/Patient Access staff to ensure efficient clinic workflow, excellent patient experience, regulatory compliance, and high-quality dental care delivery. This role reports to the Director for Health Care Services and works together with the Managing Dentist to drive operational excellence, optimize productivity, and ensure all clinical and administrative processes align with FQHC standards, quality measures and organizational goals.
