Job description

Summary: The Plant Metallurgist oversees and optimises metallurgical processes across the open cut gold processing plant to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. The role focuses on maximising gold recovery and plant throughput through analysis of operational data, metallurgical testing, and close collaboration with operations and maintenance teams, while providing technical leadership in troubleshooting plant issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements to drive sustainable improvements in plant performance.
