Job description

Coho Construction Management is seeking a Construction Site/Project Manager to assist with managing various types of construction projects to include the daily management of facilities-construction activities at Tyndall AFB in Panama City, FL. This position entails an estimated travel requirement of approximately 10-15%, to include international travel. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): - Provide project management and supervision services on security and security related installations to included: customer and site coordination, subcontractor management, project sequencing and scheduling, budgeting, quality control and cost control - Provide pre-installation services to ensure client’s needs are met as project development take place - Support project teams with scope development - Participate in design reviews and value engineering exercises to efficiently and effectively deliver projects - Support project teams as needed to provide accurate and timely delivery during project execution phases - Identify risk issues and avoid and mitigate as needed to ensure project remains on time and on budget - Reviews constructability issues and provides alternative means and m...
