This is a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist position located in Provo, Utah . The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level. The hours for this position will be 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule during business hours, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include: Receive, validate, and route invoices for approval, and match invoices to purchase orders and contracts Prepare and execute ACH, check, and wire payment runs, and schedule payments to support cash-flow goals Reconcile vendor statements and research and resolve discrepancies and credits Maintain documentation and adhere to GAAP controls, and support internal and external audits Complete month-end tasks, including accruals, AP aging review, and reporting Serve as the primary contact for vendor payment status and issue resolution, and maintain accurate vendor master data Identify automati...
