As Manager, Investments Lifecycle and Engagement , you will lead the development and execution of strategies to grow long-term investment relationships and deepen client engagement across multiple initiatives. You’ll use data-driven insights to understand client journeys and deliver personalized, multi-channel outreach programs that drive cross-sell, attract new investment clients, and grow balances with existing ones. This role involves end-to-end ownership of large-scale outreach programs and close collaboration across key teams including Product, Analytics, Marketing, Client Experience Centre, Advisor & Service Effectiveness, and Scotia Financial Planning.
