Job Title: Run to Standard Focus Technician/Multiskilled Maintenance Technician Location: Port Sunlight Factories: JOB PURPOSE: The Run to Standard C ell Focused Technician owns the P M and Tags Management processes for the line. They are responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses and for improving Mean Tim Between Failures (MTBF). They are responsible for building technical capability in operators. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process / tool ownership and responsibilities: - Owns the PM process for the line. This includes deployment, execution, reporting the KPI for meetings and continuous improvement of the process and standards - Owns the PM standards, incl. technical documentation. Continuously drives improvement of the PM standards. - Owns the Tags Management & planning process for the line. - Owns and facilitates the weekly PM and Tags planning meeting - Orders spare parts and supports the maintenance planning with updating the spare parts inventory policies - Owns the Breakdown Elimination process for the line.
