For our office in Kaiserslautern, Delft or Budapest we are looking for a UX Designer. Job Description: - Responsibility for the entire design process from initial discovery to final delivery - Identification of research needs and transformation of insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences - Creation of wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using the most appropriate tools and methods - Facilitation of collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders - Ensuring of consistency and efficiency through the use of the design system, including the proposal of improvements or new components when needed - Validation and refinement of designs through feedback gathering, usability testing, and data analysis - Delivery of clear communication and comprehensive handover documentation for seamless developer implementation - Close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape user-centered solutions and drive product outcomes - Contribu...
