If you live within approximately 50 miles of our San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT office, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesday , Wednesday, and Thursday . About The Role: As an R&D Attorney, you will shape the accuracy, reliability, and quality of AI outputs that hundreds of legal teams use in daily work. You will use your legal experience to guide GC AI toward practical excellence by designing legal evaluations, improving system prompts, validating outputs against real-world legal standards, and translating substantive expertise into product improvements that build user trust.At a fast-moving, product-market-fit stage startup, your work will help raise the bar for how AI is tested in legal workflows and define the future of the leading legal AI platform for in-house teams What You’ll Do: - Design and run rigorous evaluations measuring the quality of our AI-generated outputs in order to ensure they meet the high standards expected by top-tier legal professionals. - Review and validate product outputs for a...
