Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and experienced team at Homemill Dental Care in New Milton . The essentials: This is a busy reception role , working in a team of 2 to support our well established, 4 surgery private practice. The duties of this role will include but not be limited to: - Full time, 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 8.15am - 5.15pm - There is not a requirement to work Saturdays on a regular basis, but potential opportunity for ad hoc overtime for Saturday morning cover - Competitive hourly rate from £12.50 per hour - Opportunity for progression into Head Receptionist role for the right candidate - Free parking locally - Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments - Answer phone calls and respond to emails - Maintain and update patient records - Handle patient inquiries about treatments, procedures, and office policies - Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and other staff - Maintain a clean and organized reception area About you: We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skill...
