Auction Operations Crew Member- Part Time

Job description

This role supports the successful execution of auctions and daily site operations. Crew Members work across a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to equipment handling, customer service, driving, site upkeep, and auction-day support. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and customer experience while performing duties that ensure our auctions run smoothly and professionally. - Support auction yard operations by checking in, staging, tagging, and releasing equipment. - Safely operate light and heavy equipment, following company standards and certifications. - Assist customers on-site and provide sale-day support such as shuttle driving, cart driving, or customer service. - Maintain site cleanliness, perform janitorial and groundskeeping tasks, and operate support vehicles like water trucks. - Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times while reporting hazards promptly. - Work collaboratively with yard management, operations staff, and the inspection team to deliver seamless auction events. - Contribute ideas for continuous improvement while upholding company values and delivering excellent customer exper...
