Role Overview Sodexo Healthcare is seeking an Executive Chef in Petoskey , MI. The Executive Chef will manage all culinary operations for a medical center including patient feeding, retail areas, and catering needs. The Executive Chef will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in safety, sanitation, and managing frontline staff and developing teams in a culinary environment.
