Job Summary: The Lead Server is responsible for overseeing the restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of guest experience, and managing both front-of-house and basic kitchen operations. This role combines hands-on service, light food preparation, guest interaction, and supervisory duties. The position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
