Job Summary The Skills Advantage Data Processing Student Intern will review, organize and compile student Canvas course data related to Transferable Skills badges Job Description: Typical duties include but are not limited to: - Review Canvas course data to identify students enrolled in Transferable Skills badge pathways. - Data analysis and data visualization on portfolio submissions. - Compile and maintain accurate spreadsheets tracking student participation and progress. - Identify and prioritize graduating students. - Communicate and track communication with students regarding badge completion. - Attend meetings and workshops. - Assist with additional data‑related tasks that support the Skills Advantage program. Other Duties: - Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Additional Job Description: Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled as a student at the University and in good academic standing. - Working proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets). - Familiarity with Canvas and learning management systems. - Strong writing skills, oral communication, detail-oriented and organizational skills. - Availability to work 10-15 hours per week.
