Description Tarantino Properties is now hiring for a reliable and skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This is an immediate opening with weekly interviews for qualified candidates. If you take pride in keeping apartments in top condition and leading maintenance tasks, we want to hear from you! Duties: - Oversee and participate in daily maintenance operations - Lead and support the maintenance team (scheduling, training, and guidance) - Ensure timely completion of service requests and unit turns (make-readies) - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues - Maintain property standards, safety, and compliance - Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships Requirements: Apply Today for Immediate Consideration!! - Previous apartment maintenance experience required - Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems - EPA Certification (or ability to obtain) - Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
