As part of Heathrow’s IT function, the Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support one of the world’s busiest and most complex airport environments. With an annual capital investment portfolio of around £120m, strong business analysis and requirements management are essential to ensuring Heathrow’s IT estate is resilient, secure, fit for purpose and easy to maintain. Working end‑to‑end across the delivery lifecycle, the Senior Business Analyst translates complex business drivers into pragmatic IT solutions that deliver measurable benefits. Acting as a trusted advisor, they engage and influence senior stakeholders, lead a virtual team of analysts across in‑house and external centres of excellence, and help shape operating models, assure quality standards and mentor junior analysts to enable high‑quality, cost‑effective and transformational change.
