Job Description Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Software Process & Quality Location: Erie, PA 16531 (100% Onsite - 5 Days/Week) Role Type: Contract: Role Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber Project/Program Manager with a deep background in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and process transformation. This is not a traditional auditing or "quality specialist" role. We need a driver—someone who has experience in software engineering projects and can bridge the gap between high-level compliance (ISO/CMMI) and day-to-day engineering execution. The successful candidate will lead the development, deployment, and optimization of software engineering processes to enable world-class product quality. You will identify process gaps, manage the roadmap for documentation updates, and coach engineering teams on industry-leading development principles.
