What You'll Do: Execute daily Intune operational tasks (policy monitoring, compliance checks). Resolve standard endpoint incidents and service requests. Support device onboarding, configuration changes, and user issues. Assist with rollouts of new endpoint features or policies. Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles. Maintain Security baselines (BitLocker, Secure Boot, …). Troubleshooting of Operational Intune issues related to enrollment, compliance, policy conflicts, or deployments.
