The Beverage Specialist serves as a liaison between the Beverage team members and Front of House Management. Reports to the General Manager of Restaurants and Restaurant Assistant General Manager. - Receives all beverage items, supplies and materials - Checks incoming merchandise against order sheets for accuracy in weight, quantity, order specifications - Receives beverage orders: unloads, organizes, and retrieves deliveries; records information; notates shortages and discrepancies; returns unsalable merchandise to suppliers - Maintains inventory and delivery records for FOH and related areas as p...
