The Floor Supervisor leads a team of lift truck operators , auditors, and customer service representatives. The Floor Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective function of the regional distribution center, meeting customer requirements, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. Responsibilities: - Execute the daily operational plan in accordance with the site leadership team’s guidance and direction. - Schedule, assign, and perform various warehousing duties including loading and unloading trucks, put-away and picking, maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness. - Lead, motivate, and direct the lift truck operators and auditors to deliver best-in-class customer service through operational excellence. - Provide coaching and leadership to all lift truck operators and auditors, and ensures the company’s culture, values, and processes are upheld. - Foster a team environment that motivates, inspires, educ...
